PROEL is organized in five (5) divisions supervised by Directors and three (3) units, supervised by Managers. The General Director is responsible for the efficient and uninterrupted coordination of operations while regular executive meetings provide the grounds for a modern-style and flexible structuring of operations.

An integrated Processes Manual is being applied, following the certification of PROEL with the ISO9000:2001 accreditation. Regular self inspections enhance the maintenance of procedures.
